Wooden boat centerpieces (finished with food safe products)

These beautiful pieces will bring awe to any decor. They are talking points and enjoyed by many. The wood is hand carved by Lucio. Lots of love goes into molding them into what is calling to him. The inspiration for this series came from looking on the market for a bold displays for produce. Once exploring the options that were out there, there wasn't much to be found. He liked the idea of incorporating the branched off sections of the wood and trying not to go too deep as to lose the heartwood middle section of the wood too. These are finished with food safe oils and waxes and he harvests the wood from trees found right here in Rockford!
